Now Hiring - Assistant Property Manager in Kirkland, WA

WJL HomeServices, a local leader in single family home property management, is seeking a responsible, experienced, hardworking, detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager. The Assistant Property Manager role is a strong customer service position responsible for all respects of leasing and daily operations. The Assistant Property Manager serves as the first point of contact with potential and current tenants.

Essential Job Functions:

Oversee and coordinate all leasing transactions.

Investigate and resolve tenant issues.

Assist to ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion.

Identify issues preemptively and prepare for preventative maintenance.

Work in conjunction with team members to diagnose and solve issues.

Conduct periodic property inspections to ensure the property appears in proper condition.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree

Fluent in English and Mandarin

Previous experience in property management preferred but not required

Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.) and Property Management Software, AppFolio a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Pay: $46,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
